BOX 11, Konečná 23 796 07 Držovice 2) Scope These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. 3) Product offer and conclusion of contract The presentation of goods in the online store is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order by clicking the button to complete the purchase, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail or dispatch the goods. 4) Prices and currency Prices in the online store are shown in pounds and, in smaller text, also approximately in euros. All prices shown are final prices. 5) Payment Payment can be made by card or bank transfer. Available payment methods are always shown during checkout. 6) Shipping, delivery and delivery time We ship according to the selected shipping country in the order. Delivery usually takes within 3 to 10 days. Delivery outside the EU may take longer. Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold vary depending on the selected country. The exact shipping price and free shipping limit are always shown in the order summary before completing the purchase. If your country is not listed, please contact us on WhatsApp at +420 792 297 683 and we will add it for you. 7) Retention of title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. 8) Rights arising from defective performance The buyer is entitled to rights arising from defective performance in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. 9) Seller’s right to withdraw from the contract We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of an obvious pricing error, unavailability of goods, force majeure, or other serious reasons beyond our control. In such a case, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any amount paid in full if applicable. 10) Liability We are liable for damage only to the extent provided by applicable law. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. 11) Alternative dispute resolution A buyer who is a consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute. The competent authority is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. 12) Governing law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. 13) Final provisions If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail to info@lizadecor.cz. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from the contract, for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract, to the following address: LizaDecor – Czech Republic P.O. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized to their personal needs, and in other cases provided for by law.
